End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective date: July 18, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is an agreement between H3D_ARTS LTDA, CNPJ 63.704.322/0001-31, trading as H3D_Arts (“Licensor”), and the person who purchases, downloads, installs, or uses Alaska NTTF (“Licensee”).

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Product, the Licensee accepts this EULA. If the Licensee does not accept it, the Product must not be downloaded, installed, or used.

2. License grant

Subject to payment confirmation and continued compliance with this EULA, H3D_Arts grants the Licensee a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the purchased Product for private, non-commercial gameplay.

The Licensee may install the Product on personally controlled devices, provided that the Product is used only by the Licensee and the account, files, or access credentials are not shared with another person.

3. Ownership

H3D_Arts owns, or has the right to license, the original code, configurations, map data, models, textures, materials, audio, documentation, and other original content included in the Product.

The Product is licensed, not sold. No ownership rights are transferred to the Licensee.

The underlying game, game engine, DLCs, runtime assets, and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. The Product does not include or redistribute base-game or DLC files and may reference assets already present in the Licensee’s legally licensed installation.

4. Restrictions

The Licensee must not:

distribute, leak, publish, upload, sublicense, rent, resell, donate, exchange, or otherwise provide the Product or access to any third party;
share the Product for multiplayer or Convoy sessions; each user requires a separate license;
extract, rip, unlock, decompile, reverse engineer, convert, modify, or reuse Product content, except where applicable law expressly permits an activity that cannot contractually be restricted;
create or distribute derivative products using H3D_Arts content;
remove notices, identifiers, watermarks, licensing information, access controls, or anti-piracy protections;
circumvent or attempt to defeat technical protection measures;
use the Product or its content for commercial, unlawful, abusive, or infringing purposes.

5. Account and license verification

The Product may require an H3D_Arts account and may use proportionate technical measures to verify a valid license and prevent unauthorized distribution.

Any future mechanism that collects device identifiers or additional telemetry will be described in the Privacy Policy before activation. H3D_Arts will not intentionally collect complete payment-card data through Product license verification.

6. Compatibility and third-party software

The Product requires a legally licensed copy of American Truck Simulator and the requirements published on the Product page. The base game and required DLC are not included.

H3D_Arts does not control the underlying game, DLCs, operating systems, drivers, hardware, or third-party mods. Compatibility may be affected by updates or conflicts outside H3D_Arts’ control.

7. Updates and support

Updates and support are provided as described in the Terms and Conditions and Product page. Purchasing a license does not guarantee perpetual updates, support for every future game version, or compatibility with third-party mods.

8. Suspension and termination

This license may be suspended while H3D_Arts investigates credible evidence of fraud, unauthorized distribution, license sharing, circumvention, or another material breach.

If a material breach is reasonably established, H3D_Arts may terminate the license and associated access. Termination does not eliminate mandatory consumer rights or override a decision by the applicable Merchant of Record.

Upon termination, the Licensee must stop using and delete all copies of the Product in the Licensee’s possession or control.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The Product is provided for use with third-party software and may be offered as a beta or active-development release. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every configuration, or compatible with every future game version.

This section does not limit mandatory legal guarantees or remedies for a Product that is materially defective or not as described.

10. Third-party notice

Alaska NTTF is an independently developed third-party product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the developer or publisher of the compatible base game. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced solely to identify compatibility or requirements.
