Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to alaskamod.com (the “Website”) and the purchase and use of Alaska — North to the Future (“Alaska NTTF” or the “Product”).

The Website and Product are operated by H3D_ARTS LTDA, CNPJ 63.704.322/0001-31, trading as H3D_Arts, registered in Pato Branco, Paraná, Brazil (“H3D_Arts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Questions may be sent to contact@h3darts.com.

By creating an account, placing an order, downloading, installing, or using the Product, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the End User License Agreement, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, install, or use the Product.

1. Product and compatibility

Alaska NTTF is an independently developed third-party digital modification. It is not a standalone game.

A legally licensed and supported copy of American Truck Simulator is required. The base game is sold separately and is not included. The Washington DLC is currently required for ferry access and is also sold separately and not included.

Supported game versions, required DLC, installation instructions, known limitations, and the current Product version are stated on the Product page or in accompanying documentation. The customer is responsible for reviewing these requirements before purchase.

The Product does not include or redistribute files from the base game or its DLCs. Where applicable, it references content already installed with the customer’s legally licensed copy of the game.

2. Independent product and third-party rights

Alaska NTTF is an independently developed third-party product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the developer or publisher of the compatible base game.

The base game, DLCs, game engine, runtime assets, third-party names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party products are used solely to identify compatibility or requirements.

3. Orders and payment providers

Prices, currencies, available payment methods, and applicable taxes are displayed before an order is submitted.

Depending on the payment method selected, an order may be processed by:

• H3D_Arts through Stripe or another payment processor, in which case H3D_Arts is the seller; or
• FastSpring, which acts as an authorized reseller and Merchant of Record and processes the transaction under its own purchaser terms and privacy notices.

The payment provider shown at checkout may collect billing and payment information directly. H3D_Arts does not receive or store complete card numbers.

An order is not complete until the applicable payment provider confirms successful payment. We may cancel or hold an order where payment is declined, reversed, suspected to be fraudulent, or requires additional verification.

4. Accounts and delivery

Customers must provide accurate account, contact, and billing information and keep their login credentials confidential. Accounts and purchase access may not be sold, transferred, or shared.

After successful payment confirmation, the Product is normally made available through the customer account, a secure download link, or both. Delivery may be delayed by fraud screening, provider processing, technical interruptions, or incorrect customer information.

If access is not delivered after payment confirmation, contact contact@h3darts.com and include the order reference and purchasing email. Do not send complete payment-card details.

5. License rather than ownership

Purchase grants a limited license to use the Product under the End User License Agreement. It does not transfer ownership of the Product, source files, models, textures, code, map data, or other original H3D_Arts content.

Each purchase is licensed to one customer for personal, non-commercial use. Separate users require separate licenses unless H3D_Arts expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

6. Updates, beta status, and third-party changes

The Product may be identified as a beta or active-development release and may contain errors, incomplete areas, or features that change over time.

H3D_Arts may provide corrections, compatibility updates, improvements, or new content while the Product remains actively supported. Unless expressly offered as part of the purchase, no specific update schedule, day-one compatibility, perpetual updates, or lifetime support is promised.

The base game and DLCs are controlled by third parties. Major changes to the game, engine, file formats, security systems, or DLCs may temporarily or permanently affect compatibility. We will use reasonable efforts to address material compatibility issues for actively supported Products, but cannot control third-party changes.

7. Support

Support covers installation guidance and reproducible issues involving the Product on a supported game version. We may request game logs, configuration details, enabled-mod lists, screenshots, or other diagnostic information reasonably necessary to investigate an issue.

Support may be limited where a problem results from an unsupported game version, incorrect installation, corrupted files, customer modifications, conflicting third-party mods, unsupported hardware or software, or failure to follow published instructions.

8. Prohibited conduct

Customers must not:

• upload, leak, publish, redistribute, sublicense, rent, sell, or commercially exploit the Product or any portion of it;
• share Product files, download links, accounts, credentials, or access tokens with another person;
• remove or circumvent access controls, licensing checks, file protections, or anti-piracy measures;
• extract, rip, reverse engineer, convert, adapt, or reuse models, textures, code, map data, or other Product content except where an applicable law expressly prevents this restriction;
• falsely claim authorship, authorization, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement;
• use the Website, Product, accounts, or payment systems for fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Suspension and termination

We may temporarily suspend access while investigating credible evidence of fraud, payment reversal, unauthorized distribution, account compromise, or a material breach of these Terms or the End User License Agreement.

Where a material violation is reasonably established, we may terminate the affected license and account access. We will consider available evidence and any relevant explanation before making a final decision where reasonably practicable.

Suspension or termination does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded and does not limit a refund decision made by the applicable Merchant of Record or required by applicable law.

10. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy, mandatory consumer law, and, where applicable, the rules and decisions of the Merchant of Record.

11. Availability and security

We use reasonable measures to maintain the Website and protect customer accounts, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting failures, security incidents, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily interrupt access.

Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of legitimately downloaded Product files and protecting their account credentials.

12. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, H3D_Arts is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of gameplay progress, incompatibility caused by third-party modifications, or changes made by the developer or publisher of the underlying game.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, H3D_Arts’ aggregate liability relating to a Product will not exceed the amount the customer paid for that Product. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Product, Website, payment providers, security practices, or applicable requirements. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.

Material changes will apply prospectively. Continued use after a notified change constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law applicable to them.

Before starting a formal dispute, please contact contact@h3darts.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter. Transactions processed by FastSpring may also be subject to FastSpring’s purchaser terms and dispute procedures.
